Nourish Life QiGong
Qi Gong is a way to prevernt disease and improve health as a holistic approach to exercise. Anyone, of any age and skill level, can practice QiGong. The form that Callan teaches may improve health by repairing organs, increasing bone density and thereby cultivating longevity.

Each class unfolds from crafted playlists and select language to invite exploration of being in a body through movement, music and expression. Sensing joy and moving for pleasure is a radical act of self love.

Tai Chi Chuan
Tai Chi is a life-long practice. The longer you do it the better it gets. The benefits begin immediately, and the learning goes on indefinitely. Instruction begins with learning the specific movements and memorizing them like steps in a dance.

Sensu Dance
Sharah's passion for dance is infectious. After a dance minor in college, Dancing buoyed her spirit during careers in finance, writing, and co-life coaching with a herd of horses. After her kids became adults, she moved to Asheville in 2017, and Sensu Dance was born.
